I'm James Heron, founder of JHPT, with over 30 years of experience training clients in some of London’s top gyms. I've worked with celebrities, professionals, and everyday people, helping them achieve results through expert coaching and tailored training.

Now based in my private garage gym, I offer 1-on-1 personal training with a focus on postural correction, fat loss, muscle building, mobility, and alignment — all in a distraction-free environment built for serious progress.

Pricing & Booking Terms

£40 per session

Each session lasts 1 hour, tailored specifically to your goals.

Payment must be made in advance via bank transfer, cash, or online checkout.

Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance will be charged in full.
